Payment Policy
We accept Mastercard or Visa, cash, or check. We also have a 90 day
layaway policy. You are required to make a payment every 30 days from
the date of the initial deposit. The deposit is 10% of the total purchase. If
payments have not been made by the end of the 90 days the item will be
returned to our inventory. The original deposit and any payments made
will not be refunded. If full payment is made by the end of the 90 days,
we will ship your purchase to you.  The item you have chosen to
purchase will not be shipped until approval of payment.
Shipping and Handling
Any item you purchased, except for special offer items,the shipping will
be paid for by Balser Jewelry. We will ship items via registered mail
within ten business days of payment approval. Please contact us at
(940)692-0256 when you receive the package.
Return Policy
If you are not happy with the item you ordered, return the item through
registered mail back to us with in ten days of receiving the package. The
postage will be paid by you, the customer, on all returns. All items must
be returned in original condition to receive a merchandise credit or
exchange. Special orders are not returnable. A special order is any
jewelry ordered or custom made.
